Workbook: 5 key questions to ask yourself

Don't want to spend years on psychology? Just answer these questions honestly.

Think of it as a quick version of self-analysis: no self-pity, no filters, no censorship.
It only works for those who aren't afraid to meet themselves.

Question 1
Who and what do I allow to run my life?
Think: who or what influences you the most? People, circumstances, other people's opinions, fears?
What would change in your life if you acted only by your own choice?
Almost all limitations come from others, but the responsibility for them is always yours.
Question 2
What am I trying to impress myself with?
Recall your achievements, goals and habits — and now, honestly: which of them do you do for yourself, and which for status or approval?
Is there something that brings you no joy, but you keep dragging along out of habit?
Only what truly matters to you will become your strength.
Question 3
What do I most avoid admitting?
Is there a topic in your life you don't want to think about? A problem, fear, feeling or situation that's more convenient not to notice?
What changes if you simply stop running from it?
Any shadow gets smaller when you look at it honestly.
Question 4
Who am I truly honest with?
Who do you really show yourself to?
Who can you be completely real with, without shame and without playing a role?
And who are you never yourself with — and why?
Honesty with others is impossible without honesty with yourself.
Question 5
If it weren't for fear — what would I do first?
What do you secretly dream about? What would you start doing tomorrow if you stopped being afraid?
What's stopping you from taking the first step right now?
Fear isn't the enemy. It's simply a point of growth.
