Anxiety, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, overeating — this isn't who you are. It's a specific mechanism in the mind. It can be found and switched off.

I find that fault and give you clear instructions on how to stop it. Not another heart-to-heart, but an engineering breakdown of your problem: the ANP method combined with the care of Gestalt therapy.

Do you recognise yourself?

  • anxiety and intrusive thoughts that go round in circles and won't let you breathe out;
  • panic attacks that hit without warning;
  • emotional overeating and weight that won't shift, however hard you try;
  • a glass (or more) at weekends to switch your head off for a while and not think about your problems;
  • the aftermath of a blow: losing someone close, betrayal, divorce;
  • relationships where conflict, misunderstanding and broken boundaries have become the norm.

It isn't a life sentence or a character trait. It's a working mechanism that can be taken apart.

You've already read, reflected and analysed — perhaps for years. Things became clearer. But not easier. Because awareness doesn't equal change. As long as a mechanism inside keeps feeding the problem, it comes back again and again.

I work with people who are tired of endless soul-searching without results. I'm not looking for a deep meaning. I'm looking for the specific mechanism that is holding your problem in place right now.

My main tool is the ANP method. It's an engineering approach: we find the specific mechanism — a trigger, a behavioural pattern, a reinforcement loop — that sustains your problem, and take it apart. And as a Gestalt therapist I do it carefully: we handle painful emotional material gently, and you're never left alone with it.

What you'll get:

  1. A map of the problem — an understanding of how it works in terms of the mind.
  2. A tool — the skill of noticing and stopping automatic reactions.
  3. Control — the ability to influence your state rather than be its hostage.

You'll learn to run your mind instead of letting it run you.

If you need not just a conversation but a clear plan of action, write to me and we'll start with a diagnostic session.
